Dr. Cathy Greenberg Emotional Brilliance

Dr. Cathy L. Greenberg, PhD, Author, Speaker, Consultant and ICF Certified Coach has recently been selected as Top Strategic Leadership Expert of the Year for 2021 by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP) for her outstanding leadership, dedication and commitment to the Emotional Intelligence Industry.

With more than 20 years of experience in Professional Strategic Leadership, Dr. Greenberg has demonstrated success across a wide range of endeavors throughout her career. Dr. Greenberg is a dynamic, results-driven leader. She is the Founder and former Executive Director of the Institute for Strategic Leadership, LeBow College of Business, Drexel University. She is the Co-Founder of the Institute for Strategic Change at Accenture. And she’s a Founding Partner in h2c Happy Companies Healthy People, What Happy Brands and the h2c Leadership Foundation. In addition to her leadership training accomplishments, Dr. Greenberg is the best selling author of several books including “What Happy Working Mother’s Know” (#1 Wall Street Journal and #2 New York Times Best-Sellers), Emotional Brilliance: Living A Stress Less Fear Less Life with Dr. Relly Nadler, an international best seller, and several other works.

As a prominent motivator and teacher, Dr. Greenberg has created and implemented custom-tailored leadership, efficiency and self-actualization programs supporting special ops and special forces across all armed services for the United States Military (DOD) to include Navy Special Warfare (SEAL/SWCC’s); Marine Corp Behavioral Sciences Unit/Quantico; Airforce Global Strike Command, CIA; FBI, Homeland Security and multiple additional Federal law enforcement agencies in addition to numerous global and domestic Fortune 500 companies. In these assignments, Dr. Greenberg has hosted corporate retreats, executive seminars and leadership conferences.  Her mission is consistent: to help clients harness powerful concepts to grateful participants providing a path to success in the workplace, to excel in their careers and discover strategies to reduce stress in their personal lives.

An engaging speaker, creative thinker and business talk show host on Voice America: Leadership Development News, Dr. Greenberg is also an active guest contributor to programs hosted on ABC, NBC, PBS, CBS, BBC, and CNN where she discusses leadership, happiness, and personal growth. She’s been named the “First Lady of Happiness” by ABC and her expertise has been widely acknowledged by all major business and financial news organizations. Dr. Greenberg was named as one of the “Top 100 Leadership Coaches” by Executive Excellence Magazine.

Earlier in her career, Dr. Greenberg served as a managing partner at two global consulting firms, Accenture and CSC. A well-prepared executive in every capacity, she successfully managed over 1,000 employees across three continents. By reshaping and improving efficiency throughout hundreds of business units, Dr. Greenberg identified, managed, and supported the design and implementation of platforms to enable successful workplace performance and career satisfaction for thousands of individuals.
